Install the free Deluxe Payment Exchange add-on for QuickBooks to get started.
Select either the Pay Bills or Write Checks function as usual.
Pull those payments into Deluxe Payment Exchange; the information automatically populates, just like paper checks.
Include remittance data and attachments with each eCheck you send. Once an eCheck is created, your register will populate with the check numbers.
Link an existing QuickBooks Online account to your Deluxe Payment Exchange account quickly and easily with the Deluxe Payment Exchange QuickBooks Online add-on.
In QuickBooks Online, add the email addresses of any vendor you want to pay with an eCheck.
Simply fill in the payment information like you would with a paper check.
Select the Print Later box and hit save. No printing, signing or mailing. Your eCheck payments are sent and delivered in minutes, along with remittance data.
