Create an account and link bank account to the platform.
Enter payment details, remittance data and attachments directly into the platform, then upload a file, or, if using an eCheck, use the QuickBooks® connection. Select eCheck or Print+Mail for same day check printing.
If using an eCheck, the recipient is notified of payment via email, views remittance data and chooses their deposit method, either electronically or printed. If sending checks through the mail with Print+Mail, the recipient receives their check payment with remittance data in the mail.

There are several safeguards in place to ensure the security of the platform. The first requires all users log in to Deluxe Payment Exchange to use multi-factor authentication to ensure access to their account is accessible only to them. All accounts created go through a rigorous, multi-stage security process before users can start sending checks and continues through retrieval, deposit and system audits. And, finally, all safeguards you would find with a traditionally disbursed check are in place. A check verification service is available for all eChecks and Print+Mail payments written via Deluxe Payment Exchange.
Payments can be sent as an eCheck or Print+Mail. eChecks are a completely digital payment in which the payee chooses their deposit method (i.e., direct deposit, deposit to a debit card, or deposit to PayPal). Print+Mail checks will be delivered to the payee on high security check stock in the mail and can be deposited like any paper check.
