Deluxe Payment Exchange delivers payments via eCheck, a check delivered by email – or rather notification that a check is available for you in our secure system. To receive that payment, simply click the link in the email and choose how you’d like to get paid:
Once printed, use any deposit method you’d typically use including at branch, ATM or remote deposit, via mobile phone or desktop scanner. In the event your financial institution has questions regarding a payment, our platform allows for easy verification by visiting us online.
HOW IT WORKS
The recipient gets payment notification via email and retrieves the eCheck from a secure Deluxe Payment Exchange server.
The recipient can print the eCheck from their own printer or utilize Deluxe Deposit Services for a fully digital experience.
If printing the check, the recipient endorses and deposits as they would a traditional paper check. If utilizing Deposit Services, they would need to complete the registration process and link their account to receive the payment.

Yes. An eCheck is the same as a paper check, just sent digitally.
Yes. Deluxe Payment Exchange features state-of-the-art security features to ensure eChecks are safe to both receive and deposit.
After endorsing the back of the check, eChecks can be deposited at your bank or via Remote Deposit Capture. If using Deposit Services, the eCheck can be cashed via direct deposit, deposit to a debit card, or deposit to PayPal.
No. You can retreive an eCheck by simply continuing as a guest. No sign up is required.
