I felt like the photo of the mug presented to be more of a "Matte" or "Flat" finish, which we liked. Upon receiving the mugs, they are very glossy. I do see a small section near the handle in their picture that looks glossy, but I did feel like the picture was a little misleading. Not any fault of their's because even when I took a picture of mine, depending on the surface that it's sitting on, it tends to not show as glossy. I only gave 4 stars because on some of the mugs, I felt that the color on our logo wasn't as bright or thick as the color on the inside of the mug. Having said all of that, we are overall very pleased with them! The cost is very reasonable and their turn around time was GREAT! Tom was the rep that I worked with. He provided excellent customer service. We will definitely order from Deluxe for our promotional products in the future!

Great mug, I really like the contrast colors and it feels sturdy and quality. We've done two runs of (72) with these, and the only thing from keeping me giving a 5-star review is that twice over, we've had a few mugs out of the bunch come out with streaky paint - it'll look like someone rubbed a finger on the artwork when it was fresh off the printer. We print these to give as customer thank-you gifts, so it's disappointing when we can't use some because they have a defective paint job. Other than that, happy with them!
