The dual texture matte face and glossy rim give this mug a very clean, professional, solid look. It carries enough beverage so there's no need constantly refill your glass. Being in the construction industry, I don't feel "dainty" grabbing the handle of this mug. It's the best mug in this company's lineup, and it makes for a great promo giveaway. Every office I've dropped them off at loves these mugs.
