Karmen Conrad is Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing for Chicago-based Byline Bank, overseeing integrated marketing strategy and communications including customer acquisition and campaign development across all consumer and commercial lines of business. Karmen brings her passion for brand building and discipline for data driven marketing to this role, helping to strengthen Byline’s brand, accelerate customer growth and cultivate loyalty.
Prior to joining Byline, Karmen spent 5 years at BMO Bank, with roles leading marketing for US Deposits and Private Wealth. Previous to financial services, she had a career in consumer-packaged goods managing iconic brands such as Oreo, Jimmy Dean and Doritos. She is a graduate of Queen’s University where she earned her MBA and York University for a BBA, and currently lives in Chicago with her family.
