Jennifer Upshaw is executive vice president and chief enablement officer for Synovus. She oversees the bank’s marketing and analytics teams, corporate communications, team enhancement and community investment functions, and reputation management. As an executive leadership team member, Jennifer leads critical strategic and operational initiatives and collaborates across the organization, managing relationships and optimizing partnerships to champion the company’s top strategic priorities

Since joining Synovus in 2003, Jennifer has held numerous senior leadership roles including Chief Retail Banking Officer managing consumer and small business client segments, branch network and product development and Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance from the University of Georgia.
