OVERVIEW
My name is Adam Rodriguez. I work for Frost Bank in San Antonio, Texas. I'm a level three software developer. We do have trips incoming. We went live with that back in twenty sixteen, as well as trips exception.
Basically, the ability to be able to data mine the database to find information, on the fly, in the middle of a meeting. They're able to see a lot more information on the screen to be able to process their items correctly, find potential fraud and remedy that, much quicker. The capabilities of trips, both in exceptions and incoming, have been incredible to our previous, software.
So we are able to handle a lot more volume, more efficiently, with sometimes less people, just because trying to hold on to and and retain the personnel working those items has been difficult, you know, in this, post COVID world. And just having that ability to move as much volume as we have been is incredible.
So the ability for, different departments to be able to work together, on the same items, the same kind of case work. It's just as easy as paying for it, installing it, having that, support system on the deluxe side to help us go beyond what we thought was possible.
