Deluxe Knowledge ExchangeTM Collaboratives harness the collective wisdom of industry participants on a specific topic and share the findings with the rest of the industry. Deluxe customers who participate in the Deluxe Knowledge Exchange Series get early and inside access to the findings.
Each year, professionals from 10–15 financial institutions gather to tackle issues, pilot programs in their branches and test best practices. In 2006, a group focused on improving satisfaction and loyalty for small business customers. They’ll report their findings at the 2007 Knowledge Exchange Expo.
